No. We never charge by the hour. Every cleaning is a flat rate quoted up front. We work in teams, so we clean fast and thoroughly, and the price stays the same.

Are your cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your family and your pets. With our Maid 4 Pets approach we can even clean while your pet is at home.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No, we bring everything: HEPA-filter vacuums, eco-friendly products, microfiber cloths and a lot of elbow grease.

Yes. EcoHappyMaids is fully bonded and insured, and we have been cleaning Denver homes since 2012.
Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?
Yes. We are the preferred cleaning company of RE/MAX Denver. Move cleans include baseboards, reachable light fixtures, and kitchen and closet cabinets inside and out.
Will the same cleaners come every time?
Almost always. We keep two teams per area, so the same friendly faces usually clean your home (and pet your dog).
How much does house cleaning cost in Denver?
Our pricing is flat-rate, so you know the price before we start. A first initial cleaning with a deeper clean of bathrooms and heavier dusting runs $288 for a 2-bed/1-bath home up to $348 for a 5-bed/4-bath home. Optional routine cleanings after that run $189 to $249. Prices cover homes under 4,000 sq ft; larger homes add $10 per 500 sq ft. No hourly surprises.
What is included in an initial deep cleaning?
The first visit is always a deeper clean: detailed bathroom cleaning, heavier dusting throughout, baseboards, door frames, windowsills, floors, the kitchen inside and out, and the outside of all appliances. It is the reset your home needs before routine visits keep it that way.
How much does move-in or move-out cleaning cost?
Our move in/out service is one flat price: $268 for a 1-bed/1-bath, $298 for a 2-bed, $348 for a 3-bed, $398 for a 4-bed. Inside the fridge is an extra $60 and inside the oven is an extra $60.
Do you charge extra for pets?
No pet fee for most homes. With 3 or more pets we add a small surcharge of about $10 per 2,000 sq ft, since pet hair takes extra time.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most customers give us a door or garage code or leave a key. Just make sure we can get in and we will handle the rest.
What is the difference between routine cleaning and a deep cleaning?
The initial deep cleaning is the heavy reset: bathrooms, heavy dusting, baseboards, and detail work. Routine cleanings after that maintain everything at a lower price. If it has been a while or the home needs extra attention, we recommend starting with the deep clean.
Do you clean inside the refrigerator or oven?
Yes, as add-ons on any visit: inside the fridge is $60 and inside the oven is $60.
